WHO AM I
Hi, I 'm Courtney. I am a 24 year old who, as of now, has traveled to 32 countries! Still seems unreal when I think about it.
Trust me when I say, I did not see these events occurring in my life so soon. How did it all begin you ask?
​
My freshman year of college I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. (Does anyone really?) So I chose a Bachelors in International Business as it sounded quite fascinating.
Coming from a small town that contained around 2,000 people, I never considered traveling abroad.
Within my college years I became friends with many international students and joined as many organizations as I could. Before I knew it I was visiting my friend in Tokyo Japan in the year 2015 and turned around in 2017 to study in Huelva Spain for a short duration of 5 months.

Time flew, too fast it seemed.
Upon graduation I was searching for the next step in life.
By the grace of God I ended up earning the position of an International Recruiter at a university in the United States. From this position I have experienced obstacles that have helped me grow within my position and as a human being.

As they say, small town people have big dreams. You just have to decided, are your willing to go for it?
Random Facts about me
1. I love to earn a nickname in each country I visit if my name is hard for them to pronounce. So, I let a local of the country name me. So far I have:
Coco (Spain), Nishan (China), and characters in Japanese that means: Light, Flying and New :)

2. I can understand a lot of Spanish but when it comes to speaking, do not count on me.

3. I am an Irish twin
